WE SHIP Fed Ex ground in the United States! Some outfits are shipped USPS in the United States. We ship USPS overseas. We ship to Canada, Great Britain, Europe, Japan, and Australia. Our current store hours are: Thursday, 12-4 central time and Friday: 12:45 AM to 4:00 PM central time. Occasionally we are closed on Friday and Saturday for doll shows. We will try to keep you informed on this site of our upcoming shows. Auto Pay Layaway: Choose to have us automatically charge your credit card the payment each month. Lay-away Terms are as follows: a credit card on file with us, to allow us to automatically charge your payment each month. orders over $100; 1/2 down and the balance in 1 equal payment. orders over $300; 1/3 down and the balance in 2 equal payments. orders over $500; 1/4 down and the balance in 3 equal payments. We sometimes make special arrangements for longer layaways. If payment is not received within 7 days after the due date, the item/items will be returned to stock and all payments will be forfeited. Deposits and payments on layaways, preorders, and special orders are nonrefundable. No returns or exchanges on preorders, layaways, consignments or special orders. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your doll, you may return it in its original condition within 5 days of shipping for exchange only at your expense. This does not include Preorders, layaways, special orders or consignment dolls or auctions. No refunds will be issued. Authorized returns will be issued a store credit. Please notify us first to get authorization. Returned dolls will not be accepted without authorization. No exchanges can be made on layaways, consignment dolls, preorders or special orders. All Sales Final on Special Orders, Layaways, or Consignment items, Estate items, Preorders and auctions.
